3) Better Organization: The cloud will always help you to arrange your files in an appropriate manner. This is very useful if you are working on multiple gadgets. Supposedly, you are working on a report and do not want to continue with the work on your tablet and want to shift to a laptop. So you will again arrange and make the changes needed. The solution here is cloud storage. A cloud would immediately update the file. This defines that the changes will be active regardless of the gadget the file is accessed from. So now you do not have to go through various versions of the same file as you have the file in your cloud storage, you can access the modified file from anywhere.
